“Right Behind Your Eyes” is a tender subject. Curator Sarah Faux has bought together 10 artists—Felipe Baeza, Haley Josephs, Jordan Kasey, Doron Langberg, River Lin, Diana Lozano, Martin Wong, Tao Siqi, Yan Xinyue and Yao Cong—to recreate what’s beyond the surface of the canvas and the physicality of the human being. In paintings, videos, and performances, the artists tap on the curious subjects of what’s inside—attachment and quiteness; it dives beyond our facades and explores the tender insides.
